Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and message. Your business name is optional. Please share only what is needed to explain your inquiry, and do not include passwords, account details, or sensitive customer information.

How it is used

Vessik uses inquiry information to respond, discuss a possible engagement, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Services involved

We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website and deliver inquiry messages, and Google Workspace to manage business email. These providers process information needed to operate those services.

Technical information and cookies

Hosting and security services may process network addresses, browser information, and request activity to operate the site and prevent abuse. Security and sign-in functions may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Cloudflare may also collect site-performance measurements. This website does not use advertising or marketing analytics.

Retention and requests

Vessik keeps correspondence as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Service providers also maintain operational and security records under their own policies. We do not intentionally include inquiry contents in website application logs.

We will update this notice when the website’s handling of information changes. Any engagement involving client data will have its own agreed terms.
